Why my anus is so dry?
I had fistulotomy 1 month and post surgery i had Hemotoma, i use to apply lox jelly however now Hemotoma has subsided so i stopped using jelly. After stopping using jelly, my anal is very dry and skin is getting irritated due to rubbing against each other, is it normal? Why there is no moist in anus?
