Diabetes mellitus is a progressive disease, so regular monitoring of your blood sugars every 3 months- FBS, PPBS, HBA1C is required to see that your diabetes is under good control. A healthy lifestyle and regular exercise of 20-30 min everyday is advised so as to prevent or delay the changes in blood sugars and change of medications. Thank you!
