Why simple cyst occurred after miscarria
I had a missed miscarriage at 6 weeks 1 day.Next cycle period came naturally in 27 days. After dat month I found that i had simple cyst in my right ovary measure 2.1 cm due to which period was delayed for 40 days.N after taking primolut 5g for 5 days I had period for about 6 days heavy. And after period over I went for follicular scan only for my knowledge on 11th day of cycle and found the right ovary follicle 26×20 mm and left 7.5 mm.I am not on any medicine except folic acid123.So I want to know shall it rupture and I ovulate naturally or whats the further concern.I want to know properly what should I do .Should I consult doctor or should wait for ovulation to happen naturally.Should I go for any treatment from the next month /cycle.Please help.

Wait for next cycle and get an ultrasound on day 2-3 to find out about status of cyst. If resolved then no problem but if persist then start on oral pills for that cycle. For further consult online.

Simple follicular cyst go away on their own. Follicle should be checked if it ruptures. Consult gynecologist
