Why the sound comes from ankle
In my both ankle when I put pressure on it then the sound. Comes out what to do please suggest .What is main reason of coming out.sound from bones .

this sound is medically termed as crepitus and it is heard due to release of nitrogen gas from joints. If it is not associated with any type of pain or stiffness then it is normal.
