Will weight lifting mess with growth?
Hi I have been lifting weights for about 5-6 months now I was wondering if in any way this will make my growth stunt in any way possible ? I do leg press bench press and other weight lifting excersises I am currently 16 and 5"6 will I grow taller or stunt my growth my doing these excersises?
