Hello sir....   Your history seems that you are suffering from pericoronitis  around your impacted wisdom teeth (wisdom teeth get surrounded by gums  which gets inflammed) An impacted teeth is one that fails to erupt in given time and space... other complications of IMPACTED WISDOM TEETH:   **pain in the surdounding gums **soreness of jaw **Difficulty in mouth opening **pushes the nearby teeth and cause dental crowding **Decaying of adjacent teeth **FOOD LODGEMENT UNDER THE INFLAMMED GUMS AND CAUSE BAD ODOUR..(which is your chief complaint)... In concern with bleeding gums,   ** if it is  GENERALIZED,it ia due to your poor oral hygiene (soft and hatd deposits(plaque and calculus)) **If  bleeding is from the wisdom teeth region it is due to pericoronitis... GET X_RAY OF YOUR WISDOM TEETH DONE....
Next Steps
TREATMENT OF WISDOM TEETH: ** If it is fully erupted ,it can removed by simple extraction procedure.... **If it is impacted , you need surgical extraction followed by painkillers and antibiotics As per your history,it seems You need surgical extraction of  your wisdom teeth done... TREATMENT FOR BAD ODOUR: **Get cleaning(scaling) done..
Health Tips
**Consult nearby dentist as soon as possible ... **Use chlorhexidine mouth wash twice daily and do SALT WATER GARGLING.... **Visit dentist for every 6 months to get thorough oral check _up..

Well, I am a MDS post graduate doctor as far I see your chief complaint you are most likely suffering from condition known as pericoronitis. Check whether the food lodgement is around the pocket formed in gums around the wisdom tooth. Treatment - you should go for extraction of the wisdom tooth no matter how it is placed because wisdom tooth is of no use in eating ( masticulation) . I hope this answer your query . Thanks Dr Bakshinder lyall MDS PEDODONTICS
Health Tips
go for extraction of wisdom tooth asap from well qualified specialist. start using chlorhexidine mouthwashes

For bleeding gums and bad breath you need to get scaling and polishing done from a dentist. Then Home maintainence with twice a day brushing and flossing is recommended. For wisdom tooth get an X-ray done. If it is not in a proper position it may require removal
