Seems like an erupting third molar is decayed. Visit your dentist, he'll take an IOPAR and get it removed.

Get it evaluated by a dentist. U r 16 and wisdom molar is erupting, it looks like from the pic. Get it evaluated whether there is enough space for it come out by an X-ray and clinical examination. If there’s space to erupt, a little exposure of the tooth by removing a part of the above gums using electrocautery will create space and the tooth will erupt without pain. But if it’s in an abnormal position, better to extract it.

Get an X-ray done of that tooth and your dentist will advise you if you need to go for removal of the wisdom tooth

Hi... It looks like ulceration due to your last molar tooth while jaw opening and closing. Visit dentist and take proper treatment early. You can use mouthwash for gargling.
