My wisdom teeth is coming up and it's painfull
My gum is swelled can't chew anything
N I'm having a throat infection , fever n headache is it because of a wisdom tooth?

The wisdom tooth if it hasn't erupted there are least chances that it will come out. As you have attained 24 yrs now.
Most commonly it Must be an Impacted tooth which needs an extraction.
Consult a good dentist today.

Hello mam,
At 24 it is hardly possible that your wisdom is gong to come out. What is happening is you might have not been able to clean the area properly after eating, resulting in a local inflammation and infection.
I advise you avoid all hot drinks and food.
Apply ice pack on the side you have swelling
