Wisdom teeth on upper jaw
Hello Doctor, Is it necessary to remove the wisdom teeth on upper jaw? It is causing only slight discomfort between the cheek and the lower jaw. A whitish thing can be seen in that area.

Hello, kindly share the XRay, for best diagnosis but according to what you’ve told, looks like the position of your wisdom tooth is buccally placed (towards the cheeks) which increases the chances of cheek biting. You can avoid extraction till corona but the problem of cheek biting will persist, if you don’t go for extraction.
Next Steps
Post the XRay
Health Tips
Do warm saline rinses ( lukewarm water with a pinch of salt) to get relief.
