Wisdom tooth and TMJ
Can impacted wisdom tooth cause tmj pain ? I have 3 impacted widom tooth (2 upper 1 lower) and I am experiencing tenderness on my right cheek, behind ears and joints. Also I have class 3 malocclusion. Should I start with occlusion correction with braces or wisdom teeth extraction ? Also please tell if I undergo a wisdom teeth extraction surgery can 2 wisdom teeth be removed at a time ?

Yes you might be having your TMJ pain because of your class III MALOCCLUSION .. get your occlusion corrected or else your pain might become more severe as you age .. two impacted teeth can be removed at a time no worries ..
Next Steps
Remove your impacted teeth and start your orthodontic treatment ( correction of malocclusion )
