My wisdom toothbis coming and its paining too much.. it seems like the gum is obstructing it and its pushing the gums away to apoear. right side lower side is swelling and paining too much. what to do..

usually they don't come out on there on you have to go for its removal and again and again it will give you same problem
right to me for extraction is when it's paining as it comes out easily at that time
if it's paining for now you can take tablet ketorol DT 2 tablets in a glass of water as they are dispersable
warm salt water holding to that side will.also help you to relief pain

You should get an X-ray done to check the status of tooth and bone.

There are 2 options. Either remove the surrounding gums over the tooth which is a temporary procedure or removal of the tooth which will is a permanent thing.
