Do hot water gargles with salt 5-6 times a day. You can take a painkiller like dolo 650. Consult a dentist and get an X-ray done. If the tooth is in an improper position you might need extraction of that tooth

The wisdom tooth hasn't erupted completely or may be at an angle impinging on the adjacent tooth. Alternatively the gum over the tooth may be inflamed and swollen as food can get lodged in between the tooth and the gum.
Next Steps
Get an OPG X-ray and visit your dentist for removal of the wisdom tooth.
