One of your tooth seems to have pulp exposed. Visit a dental Clinic asap and get Root canal treatment done in the tooth in question. Pain will be relieved and tooth will be saved. All the best.

Take painkiller Zerodol SP three times a day and show to a dentist. Wisdom tooth eruption doesn't not cause this much of discomfort, chances are high that it is impacted or space is not enough for its eruption. A simple X ray will help in Diagnosing the condition and plan the treatment. At our Centre with expert hands and modern equipment we do pain less removal of wisdom tooth.
