I have a wisdom tooth that hurts but 2 doctors advised not to remove and 1 said i could remove it but may face the risk of tearing the nerve as the tooth has a part in the end that splits and is a milimeter away from the nerve

My suggestion to you would be get a CBCT done for the tooth and surrounding area. This will give best view to the surgeon and will help minimise the damage it may cause during the procedure.
