Wisdom tooth pain
Hi, I'm in Dubai and I'm travelling back on 19th, I am troubled by toothache and it's wisdom tooth pain. The pain is so bad that I'm not able to open my jaw. Please help me with some medicines before I get proper consultation in india

Take tab (aceclofenac 100mg + paracetamol 500mg) twice daily for two days,tab pantaprazole 40mg 1 tab per day in empty stomach, rinse your mouth with warm salt water four time a day.
