Namaskaram,
Pain is a symptom that occurs after all the damage has been done. When it comes to wisdom teeth issues getting that addressed should be your first priority as it may lead to other health complications. A healthy mouth is healthy you.

It’s depends on the severity of the pain . U can take a course of antibiotics and pain killers for time being but it might not work for a long period. If u keep continuing the same medicines u might get resistant to it and it will be tough during surgery . In case of any swelling is seen please visit dentist asap and do the needful
Next Steps
Gargling with warm water and salt should relieve pain for a while and it also helps to avoid food accumulation
Health Tips
Don’t prolong the medications to avoid the surgery
