Wisdom tooth is sprouting not vertically and is causing immense pain. Cannot eat. Area around the molar region is soft and sensitive.

If it is impacted then consult an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon for removal. Because you told that it is tilted and you suffering pain and infection and maybe chances to harm adjacent teeth. Advanced stage you may face restricted mouth opening.
