hello.. if access is dere d tooth can be saved from extrction...(root canal can be done)..if dere is no access get d tooth extracted if its giving too much trouble..antibiotics also help reduce chances f swelling an pain...plz visit ur dentist for physical evaluation

Wisdom teeth are considered non functional otherwise. And when there is a cavity also it would be prudent if you go for the extraction for permanent alleviation of your symptoms. A proper clinical check up and an x-ray will be required to plan the treatment which should not be delayed. Regards.
