The wisdom tooth may have to be removed. Get evaluated by a dentist and get the necessary treatment done. If the tooth in front is also infected, get it treated once the wisdom tooth has been removed.

Dear madam, pain is eventual consequence for erupting wisdom teeth and is usually not subsided until the removal of the affected tooth. Removal of these teeth will not affect your other dentition. Try and get it removed to save yourself from pain and further problems to adjacent teeth
