Wisdom tooth removal
I have pain in my jaw due to wisdom tooth growth. My wedding is coming up in 3 weeks. Is it advisable to get the teeth removed now? I saw the risks involved in wisdom teeth removal online and it is scary.

Please don't follow online bluntly. If you do so you may not seek medical attention at all for any of your problem fearing about it. Ideally all the wisdom tooth that is your third molar are last to erupt and will have to come in place between 18-22 yrs . Now that you are 26 you have the problem since it hasn't erupted. This condition is called impaction. There are many varieties of Impacted tooth and is always a matter of concern for the dentist and the patients. It has to be removed in 99% . If only a small portion of a flap is covered on top of the tooth which is causing problems then only a small surgery is required to remove that tissue alone and not the whole tooth as such .
