Hello sir, for wisdom tooth the only option will be extraction.... If you are afraid of extraction, there is something called as sleeping anaesthesia, where we will put you under sleep in dental chair itself, and will extract the teeth.... The benefits of sleeping anaesthesia is you will feel comfortable, you won't have any pain.... The best thing is extract your teeth under sleeping anaesthesia which is also called as conscious sedation...

As seen from x ray the tooth is not completely erupted. The soft tissue growth covering the tooth causes irritation, infection and discomfort while chewing.By this age it should have erupted,so suggesting to get it removed.
Next Steps
Oral surgeon to be consulted to get it removed.
Health Tips
As a word of caution you may have to remove the antagonist upper tooth to preserve cuspid teeth functionality, also supra eruption

If you have recurrent pain or gum swelling with respect to the wisdom tooth, the only permanent solution is Wisdom tooth extraction. The pain and swelling will subside in a week's time but it will bother you again in sometime.
Health Tips
Warm saline rinses every 2 -3 hours to relieve the pain and swelling at the moment.

The wisdom tooth cannot come straight now as it is tilted. If u don’t remove the tooth it may lead to cavity n pain in adjacent tooth. So better get it removed and remain problem free
