Wish to reduce weight in a healthy way.
I , 30yr old homemaker and student, wish to reduce my weight. My food habits includes Rice/roti/dal/fish/chicken/mutton- occasionally/egg/fruits-often/curd-ocassionally. I drink lot of water (6-7litres avg) Sleep-mostly 6hrs Exercise- often( if not regular) Physical activity includes household chores (including shopping for grocery/vegetable/fish etc) I was advised to take Thyronorm for 3months and then stop it ( by doctor). Please suggest a diet easy to follow and continue.

Detailed history needed as you suffered from hypothyroidism usually hypothyroidism is chronic disease so get examined by doctor
