Withdrawal symptoms of medicine
I am on Paxonil 25 for 2 months for my anxiety problem . Now i am all good and want to stop the medicine but doctor told me to to take the meds for 6 months atleast. Is it necessary to take 6 months medicine even after i am fine? How to taper off the medicine safely?

Hi Yes it is There is a course of medicine Even though you feel better like before the symptoms might come back in full swing if u discontinue medicine like this. Take therapy for counseling managing your anxiety Consult with me or any psychologist for therapy and counseling online or in person Feel free to ask any concern all the best

Its better to continue medication for 6 months after recovery.it helps to prevent relapse.
