Dear, Pain and weakness of both lower limbs may be due to some neurological reasons in the spine or spinal nerves. You need to get it evaluated ASAP by a Neurologist or a Pain management Specialist.
Health Tips
Since it gets better by the day, it may not be a very serious condition. Good luck.

There isn't sufficient information to come to a specific diagnosis. I would advise you to meet an orthopedician so that you can be evaluated and undergo necessary investigations such as X-Ray, Doppler test(if indicated) to find the underlying cause and have it treated. These following steps may help: - Keep your leg raised with 2 pillows while sleeping and keep it on a straight plane while sitting - Exercise regularly and maintain a healthy weight as per your BMI(Your current BMI is overweight) - Don't sit in one place for too long, if you have to move your legs and do slight exercises to keep the blood flowing If the condition persists or worsens visit the ER at the earliest.
