If i take primont n just a day before expected date of my periods...vil it b helpful to delay periods and the dosage of once a day is sufficient or not?

To just 1 day is not enough..u need to take the complete course also chances of breakthrough bleed are more if u start it just 1 day prior.
So it has to be started at least 3days in advance and continued till the day u wanna postpone
