A picture would have been more suggestive of the problem you are facing. Also the duration of those dots and the last time you had sex. Anyways it seems something that you need to show to a dermatologist as soon as possible and with detailed examination and tests they'll be able to diagnose it and treat it properly. Don't ignore it.
