Work related stress
I m having lot of stress because of my work. I put in extra hrs at work. I work like average 10-11 hrs a day and on weekends I have full day certification courses to attend. So I hardly get any rest. My responsibilities at work are high so although my superiors suggest Me to take off, I don't take coz I feel work ll pile up on my manager and I don't want my manager to do my share of work. I am 27 yrs old unmarried and I work as a finance manager in a foods company.

Hi. Nice to see you as a responsible person. Working is good. But at the same time taking rest and having relaxation is also important equally. You must have stress management therapy if you do lots of work or work under pressure. Many adults forget to follow relaxation techniques . Then and there relieve your stress . You can also meet a psychologist and get stress management done. Eat well and have enough sleep daily.
