When I did a backflip and had to push myself back with my arm, I heard a pop, later when I twist my right arm clock ward and counter clock ward I hear a loud pop from my arm. I don't feel pain just the loud pop sound. Is it a strain, or tear? Do I need to talk to a doctor for the problem to not get worse. (I'm 20 years old)

Please consult your orthopaedic surgeon. Needs clinical examination and evaluation to reach to diagnosis. Also radiological evidence of injury will confirm clinical diagnosis. To tell anything more than this will be unjust.
Next Steps
Donot do any activity that causes popping. Anti inflammatory and analgesics with ice packs for a start.
