Worried if the ipill is working or not

My girlfriend had her periods on 14th of feb and eneded on 19th of feb,we had unprotected sex on 20th and 21st around 5:45 pm i gave her ipill,yet its been 11 days she dint bleed,and now when we had sex,suddenly she gets a pain from her lower belly till her vagina,could you tell me if she is pregnant or not,like i am way too worried,its a chronic pain in her lowerbelly till her vagina.
