Worse pain at right side of the abdomen

Asked for Male, 22 Years

Felt accidentally worst pain near appendix, and I lost my patience and got nervous even I was not able to stand little bit feel vomiting, it happens suddenly..and became so worst...I have gone to pmch emergency with the help of my friends, he gave me some injections then feel little bit normal now I feel good, Dr after check up said fats in liver increased so that's why it happened and gave me some medicine. They are all Jr young dr so I want my full check up.

Hello The intensity of pain you are describing and the diagnosis of fatty liver does not correlate. I would recommend CECT abdomen to rule out other causes including appendicitis. Please meet a Gastroenterologist and get examined also.
