Wound in leg
Met with an accident last week. Got big wound in the instep area of the feet. Did dressing 3 times. Will the wound get healed if kept open or if there is bandage around the wound. What should I do.? Should I keep the wound open or with bandage for faster healing.

Open wound heals better but if it is continuously exposed to dust and soil, risk of infection is there.
Next Steps
Keep it open (apply antiseptic only)while in home or during sleeping.
Consult if any pus seen.
