Very difficult to swallow food and saliva .many wound in mouth.cant able to eat..and explain the prblms.and what food I want to intake during this time..

You seem to have ulcers in your mouth. Keep your mouth clean with lukewarm water gargles. Avoid hot and spicy food. Use a gel like hexigel/ dologel . Apply on the affected area to relieve the discomfort
