There is a possibility of infection in soft tissues associated with diabetes.
Have you checked your sugar levels.. Is the wound still persistently discharging pus ??

You should immediately visit a nearby hospital, get wound dressing, if pus collection is there, get pus culture and sensitivity, check sugar levels.. get it under control..

Blister formation is common in diabetic patient. Need to keep glucose level under control and maintain good skin hygiene.
