Wound over molloscum lession
I am suffering from molloscum and using tretnin 0.05% cream as treatment with propysalic soap along with zincovit and aciloc as rx.
From 5-6 days one lesions developed into wound pic attached and paining.
Doctor prescribed a antibiotics for this .
The red portion in wound seems hard and have constant pain.
Kindly suggest why this happens and will the medicine help to cure this wound.
