Good dressing and cleaning can be helpful to heal it.After dressing application of the polysporin ointment can be helpful...regular dressings and antibiotics are necessary to treat the condition... Consult nearest nearest surgeon for clinical examination and for culture and sensitivity test they will do the needful.
