  4. Wrist pain. Which makes d thumb erect.

Hi...I'm simran...from past 1month I m having pain in my left wrist...sometimes it feels like ...kuch atak Raha...as I have shown to a doc he said muscles got Swell as I had a small baby doc said may be due to holding him...but I m having severe pain...he gave me one band ...forgot d name...which makes d thumb erect...but it's non effective...still I feel some nerves problem... Plz suggest a remedy...any medicine. Any exercise required.
