Wrist Pain
I went to pull myself back on my bed yesterday morning and my wrist went sideways and popped. I immediately grabbed my wrist because I was in pain. Since then I have iced it, elevated it, tried to put it in my wrist brace. I can’t seem to get comfort. I have swelling going down my arm and some in my fingers. Every time I move my fingers there is a sharp shooting pain that goes from my wrist bone all the way to the middle of my arm. What did I do?

Most likely considering your age, you have probably sprained your wrist .
Next Steps
Get the wrist examined by an Orthopaedic surgeon and take an X-ray to rule out a fracture or a carpal bone dislocation.
Health Tips
Brace your wrist, elevate it ,apply ice and if possible keep moving your fingers.till you consult your Orthopaedic specialist
