Wrist pain since 2.5 month
In Nov while doing some yoga/ asana (bakasana, image of the asana is attatched), I hold myself in a position in which there was too much pressure in my wrist...then I felt some pain in my wrist. Initially I ignored it thinking that this might be normal and kept on exercising while completely ignoring it. But the pain did not go. Now I have given up very form of exercise and fomenting with hot water and also using crepe bandage. There is hardly any improvement...plz suggest how to cure this...thank you very much in a dvance.

• Do elbow strengthening exercises • Ball or sock squeeze • Wrist deviation • Wrist curls • Contrast bath---It is a form of treatment where a limb or the entire body is immersed in warm water followed by the immediate immersion of the limb or body in ice water. This procedure is repeated several times, alternating hot and cold. Note that the treatment should always end in the ice water, as heat will induce the body's inflammatory response, while cold helps to decrease inflammation.
