  4. Wrist pain. 10 days no change in pain!

Sir i have pain in right wrist and palm while twisting it anti clockwise. I consult orthopaedic surgeon they told that its ligament sprain and give me some anti inflammatory drug and brace. But after 10 days no change in pain

It takes time give proper rest to the part, avoid driving, do hot saline fomentation
