Asked for Male, 30 Years

Wrist injury ,finger can't move freely .it's paining when move her hand .seems like legament injury Used ice at the time of injury. Pain is still same .5 days over Taken painkiller but slightly reduced pain What kind of doctor I should consult or what action should take . Any suggestions please .
