X-ray after 6 weeks shoulder dislocation
My dad had a grade 3 AC right shoulder dislocation 6 weeks ago. Kindly comment on the X-ray. Can he resume his usual daily activities now?

This is a frank dislocation.
As adviced before.
Opt for AC pulldown and CC Ligament reconstruction. (Surgery) to get back AC joint back into original configuration.

how is his pain on movements. if it is painful or uncomfortable than he needs surgery for better day to day activities.

Ac joint still seems to be dislocated. He might require surgical procedure to reduce it
