The recommended daily dose of Dapagliflozin is 10 mg. Xigduo XR 10/1000 contains 10 mg of Dapagliflozin and 1000 mg of Metformin. While the Metformin dose can be increased up to 2500 mg daily, it's important not to exceed 10 mg of Dapagliflozin per day. Therefore, Xigduo XR 10/1000 should be taken only once daily.
