Sir..I m sending this image can u clear if caping is needed ?
I can just see a bit cavity between two teeth and a bit loss of enamel.

Most likely u may need RCT and capping in one teeth and adjacent teeth has caries on one surface for that you may need filling

Hi.. Your x ray suggests a deep cavity at the junction of ur tooth.. Based on your symptoms, either only a filling or a Root canal procedure can be advised.. Crown is decided based on that!
