Please get yourself checked locally by a gynecologist and then only take any further medication.a proper infection has to be documented before empirical treatment.

Good Evening.. Yeast / fungal infections are very common in few patients . You should be careful and follow few instructions which will help u to prevent from repeated infections. Main thing to prevent infection is to maintain hygiene . - use washed and cotton panties, cotton pads during ur periods. and not wear a pad during periods for more 6 hours . -Avoid using wheat creams or razors for panic hair removal as few ppl are sensitive to them and cause irritation and itching will start. So see which one suits you and then use it. If ur using any of them please stop. - avoid going to public washrooms or else clean the toilet seat with a tissue or sanitizer before using. Infections are commonly spread from there. - rule out any urine infection too , as it also causes vaginal infection
Next Steps
As you took all the treatment that is needed for fungal infection better you get a gynaecologist examination. She will do a vaginal examination and see the kind of discharge and it’s colour and odour Which helps to treat and diagnose in a right way. Get a urine culture and sensitivity test and if possible Pap smear test ( done by gynaecologist only) - Tab . Fluconazole 150 mg alternate day for 3 days . - v wash daily twice - candid powder apply after wash
