I have been having yeast infections since 2019 December and since then I have not gotten well despite all medications I have taken, What would be wrong with me

Take Tablet Itraconazole 200 mg twice a day for 2 weeks
Miconazole 2 percent ointment for local application on vagina at bedtime for 7 days

Keep dry
Use cotton panties or no panties for a month
Use Intiwash solution for cleaning outside vulva
Health Tips
Take plenty of curd and buttermilk
Take partner treatment with same medication
Get blood sugar test done fasting and postprandial levels
