Hello sir !
Fluoride stains / fluorosis has various grades which can be only clear by clinical examination.
A permanent solution would be ceramic veneers / composite veneers .
Composite veneers is a cheaper option and can get discolored with time.
On the other hand ceramic veneers would be a more permanent option.
Firstly get the assessment of fluorosis done.
Depending on the extent of stains , u can choose from different options
1.Composite bonding.
Or
2.Veneers
Or
3.Crowns.
Or
4 Bleaching.
The no of teeth that need to be treated depends on your smile.
Each procedure requires different time periods.
