My baby she is 10months older and she doing light yellow color motions in 3 4 times and she is also having fever

Any colour if motion except red and white colour is ok for motion
If baby is passing adequate urine
Then no need to worry for motion
For fever then give medicine for fever also
If high fever (103 -104 F)
Then need stool examination with oral antibiotics
Keep ur baby well hydrated with plenty of oral liquids including water Fruits juices and ORS if needed

At this age,give just 2 milk feeds including one top milk feed and 4 solid meals a day including curd and Banana in the diet.
Use a spoon and katori to give top milk feeds.
Give ors after every loose motion if watery and add Enterogermina vial one vial twice a day.
Use paracetamol for fever and repeat every 4 hours if required.
If not improving in 3 days OR accompanied by other symptoms like vomiting or abdominal distension or dullness and refusal to feed,consult your paediatrician asap..
