covid will not disappear right away. We need to be careful and follow strict protocols and if we do that, we can always perform any procedure. fear of corona is not the solution,  but caution is.

Sensitivity is felt because the presence of calculus formation is causing irritation to gum. So,  do not use desensitizing tooth paste to reduce that sensitivity. Locally apply, CNBC dental gel on the gum surface, keep applied for 2-3 mins. And rinse mouth. Do it several times a day.
Next Steps
go for scaling asap

Soft plaque can be easily removed with a toothbrush. If you have calculus, which is hard, calcified deposit on teeth, then you need a professional scaling from a dentist.
Next Steps
Visit a dentist for scaling.
Health Tips
Maintain proper oral hygiene. Brush twice a day. Get professional clean up done every 6 months.

see i understand your problem, as we take the diet regularly and its difficult to clean the teeth after every meal so the plaque gets accumulated on to the teeth surface and it becomes hard on it. and as said by you that you have tried many toothpastes for that for the removal of the plaque, so to inform you the toothpaste can definitely help in maintaining of the oral hygiene but it cannot help you in removal of the hard plaque accumulated on the gums and tooth surface. so it is advised to get the teeth cleaned ASAP. and regarding the sensitivity part i would suggest you to avoid very chilled or very hot food stuff or beverages if it causes sensitivity. and other suggestion would be that to visit a dentist who is following all the ICMR & COVID protocols in their clinics and it will be definitely safe to do the treatment
Next Steps
if possible visit a dentist and go for the cleaning and use a ultrasoft toothbrush(change it in every 3 months) it will help in reducing the sensitivity
Health Tips
Use RR SENSOFOAM GEL or THERMOSEAL REPAIR toothpaste for sensitivity management
