Yellow Urine, Hard Abdoment, No Appetite
For last 16 days, my Wife is having Dark and Dense Yellow Urine, Loss of Appetite, Feel hard around naval in abdomen and pain when touched. She feel urge to urinate several times but urine does not come. Hardly see urinate twice in 24 hours. She has no appetite and eat a little. She is also having difficulty in latrine. She is not having proper latrine. Please advise me .

I feel you need to visit a hospital with emergency services immediately. The high coloured low amount of urine formation suggests that she is oliguric. Acute abdominal problems like even acute appendicitis can cause such an issue. When you visit the emergency department, the attending emergency physician will assess, evaluate and investigate on urgent basis. Please visit the hospital immediately
