It seems that my legs start itching at night, but during the day they're perfectly fine. This issue only occurs in the heat, as there were no problems in cold weather. There are no visible signs like red spots, the legs look completely normal, they just itch.

I was diagnosed with Pemphagus Pholicious back in 2018. I underwent treatment and the sudden burts of folicles stopped. But there was also a spot or two where the follicle will appear every now and then. Recently however, there has been pus forming around the spots where the follicle apperared previously. I am wandering is it back full time or is it some other ailment. Any help is appreciated.
